I have been in the field for over 18 years and continue to be passionate working with clients, helping them live their lives to their fullest potential. I take a client-centered approach and I work with clients using modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).  I like to provide quality services in a timely manner.
